John Dalziel's insight:

Flashcard Stash allows users to create and customize their own digital flashcards.
They can also add images to their flashcards from Wikipedia and Flickr.
Flashcard Stash is built on top of a dictionary and contains over 200,000 English words and phrases.

This helps when creating vocabulary flashcards by allowing users to select existing definitions.

It is also a great way for learners to save words that they look up so they can review them later.
Practitioners can also create 'classes' and share lists of flashcards with their learners.
