As we as teachers are tasked  with developing 21st century learners, we need to deploy 21st century technology strategies that are based on sound pedagogy. Tools that facilitate an evaluation of educational apps are vital in the process of selecting the appropriate tools for various educational environments and diversified student populations. This rubric is such a tool.
