I agree that Bloom's needs changing, in light of where the new 21 century classroom is now heading. The Old Bloom's principles worked from a didactic approach of teaching.   If we are encouraging our students to be risk takers, innovators, and learn from their mistakes then this backwards learning theory has much to promote.  If flipped learning is now a successful option, I can see how the whole creation process can only improve, as students learn to become teachers themselves!
