I've read about these kinds of tech antics, and always envied them. I think it's because if I had more exposure, know-how and support as a girl doing it, I would've been doing stuff like this too. I always loved fiddling with stuff like this, but I think in the long run, I wouldn't have been a "phreaker" simply because I'm too much of a "goody-two-shoes" and afraid of being caught and getting into trouble. But I have to admit, I truly admire those who have the mad skills to do this sort of thing. This is a really good article for the tech geeks out there.
