Flipping the classroom enables you to focus on higher order thinking in the classroom. The direct instruction can be moved out of the class. This video is a great example.

 Indeed, the iPad is a tool for creativity. Students can build digital projects, by using images, podcasts, videos and music to increase the appeal of their work.

I have also found that the iPad is fantastic when used as a rotational activity for practising skills during literacy and maths lessons; especially for kids who are struggling. Thus its a great tool to use when differentiation of curriculum is important.

Worth a read, some great points made here... iPads are amazing tools if used to their potential.
