Clean it up, paint it up, and shine it up…that is just what the volunteers who attended workday at the Magee City Park on Saturday, April 5th under the direction of Christian Carrico.

"It's hard to believe that our park was created 11 years ago…but it was…and with anything….there were things that needed fixing," stated Carrico.

Groups were painting, replacing boards, repairing slides and swings, pulling weeds, putting out pine straw, and raking up mess!

The All American Cash Cashing Company in Magee provided lunch for the workers.  Smelling those hamburgers on the grill kept the volunteers pushing forward.
