I think this is a very good idea and a way to hit two birds with one stone. Like Allen, I also think it is important to call attention to positive showings of the students behaviours. All too often I see teachers so tired out that they simply point out the bad in their classrooms more and more until they come to hate their jobs and feel like they can't make an impact. I personally never want to feel that despair or discouragement in my career, and hope to avoid those feelings by simply controlling my classroom more efficiently.
