Here is my small stupid goal: Breathing meditation for one minute per day. I know that meditation would be so good for me as a regular practice, but I can't seem to make myself carve out the time. But I should be able to afford one minute!
The basic fact is this: all nonverbal communication has meaning, and body language can be a rich source of information for any leader.
