Em síntese, as competências a desenvolver (qualquer que seja o nível de ensino em diferentes patamares, diria eu), relacionam-se com a literacia da informação (com e sem recurso as tecnologias mais recentes), ou seja, pesquisa, seleção e tratamento de informação (para a transformar em conhecimento - diferente de copy/paste) e comunicação (oral e escrita) de ideias, de si próprio e do que faz (de forma rigorosa e atraente), tendo em conta as normas de privacidade e ética (que em contextos online são bastas vezes descuidadas) . Parece-me ficar a faltar outras tantas, como a resolução de problemas, a colaboração, o aprender a aprender...

RealTimeboard biedt veel mogelijkheden om visueel en met bestanden, commentaren en tekst online samen te werken. Het Board kan gekoppeld worden aan Google Drive bestanden en presentaties. Gratis, in beta. 

 

(Ik heb het zelf nog niet geprobeerd, maar het ziet er indrukwekkend uit. Testers: voeg je reactie toe. Vind ik leuk ;-) )

Looks really useful for live online sessions and when used in tendem with Skype for audio interactions this provides a good alternative to web-conferncing tools like WiZiQ or Adobe Connect Pro.

In a learning environment that starts with the learner, teacher and learner roles change.

The Arizona K12 Center at Northern Arizona University has developed aTechnology Integration Matrix (TIM) designed to help K–12 teachers understand whether they are “doing it right” when it comes to integrating technology in the classroom. The matrix aligns five levels of technology integration—entry, adoption, adaptation, infusion and transformation—with five characteristics of meaningful learning—active, collaborative, constructive, authentic and goal directed. "En résumé pour un formateur, en particulier d’adulte, il devient indispensable d’être plus attentif aux apprentissages informels, aux possibilités du territoire sur lequel il exerce, aux nœuds relationnels qui lui préexistent ou qu’il peut contribuer à développer au sein d’une organisation ou au sein d’un territoire. Pour mieux intégrer les apprentissages informels dans sa pratique il va être amené à :
 - Se mettre plus en retrait pour laisser l’autre apprendre
 - Aider à observer plutôt qu’à dire où et quoi regarder
 - Se situer dans un rapport « individu-ressources », « individu-projet » en alternant avec l’autre les postures pour apprendre avec lui et de lui plutôt que seulement prétendre lui enseigner
 - Aider à développer des postures réflexives pour faciliter les réflexes d’auto-apprentissage
 - Favoriser l’apprentissage des technologies de la communication
 - Développer des compétences informationnelles et un regard critique sur le savoir
 - Se considérer comme une berge du savoir, un point d’appui plutôt que comme une source du savoir (c'est-à-dire adapter une guidance et non imposer un contenu)"

En somme si nous présentions en introduction l’idée « d’économie de la connaissance », il serait aussi possible d’imaginer qu’ne forme « d’humanité de la connaissance » se mette en place dans laquelle les formateurs auraient un rôle à jouer. "
