It is a great resorce and I would use it to engage students as part of a web quest to foster understanding about sustainability subjects such as: water, waste, energy, carbon and recycling. The information would align with the Australian Curriculum strand, Food and Fibre Production 2.3.

CSIRO is a great Australian resource for Primary Schools. They have lots of helpful links to brochures and fact sheets that can be useful in the classroom for food nutrition and sustainable agriculture.
