The A-cero architecture studio, directed by Joaquín Torres, shares a new Tech propety located in Cadiz, Spain. On a rectangular plot with 417 m2 surface and a little inclination North-South direction, this dwelling was structured in two levels.

On the low floor is the living-dining room, kitchen, laundry, one bedroom & a bathroom. Upstairs, another bedroom, bath and the main bedroom with its own bathroom. The hall gives access to the dwelling and links with the living room and the corridor, allowing the entrance to the kitchen.

The property has two different zones divided by an axis orientated Northeast-Southwest. One is the private zone of the property and the other one is used as a complement.
