Lots of stuff here.  This seems in part an effort to deflect from other ongoing problems with China.  Perhpas of most interest here is the first formal change to China's one child policy.  As with all things in China, the proof is in the pudding.  But this will be interesting to follow.

 

Maybe one day we will have a China that actually is not corrupt and has a working, responsive justice system...but lets not get ahead of ourselves.
