En juin 2012, le Plan Bâtiment Durable lançait un nouveau groupe de travail sur le thème des "financements innovants de l'efficacité énergétique". Ce groupe, piloté par Inès Reinmann, associée en charge de l'immobilier et présidente d'Axcior Corporate Finance, et Olivier Ortega, avocat et associé au sein du cabinet Lefèvre et Pelletier & associés, s'apprête à remettre à Philippe Pelletier ses propositions.
