In Spagna il progetto di riqualificazione di un’ architettura industriale: le ex Fabbriche Cros trasformate in centro culturale recuperando le risorse del luogo. Ci sono esempi in architettura che dimostrano l’amore per il territorio e la volontà di migliorare il contesto in cui si vive, non soltanto attraverso la costruzione di nuovi edifici ma, prima di tutto, riconoscendo e recuperando le risorse già presenti in loco.
