What a terrible story. It was an unfortunate event, and even though he consumed a large amount of alcohol i do not believe this was the only cause to his death. Maybe he had a current or past illness that accelerated his death. I am very sorry for his family and i want to keep i touch with the articles to see if they post more about the findings of his cause of death.

What a waste of cheesy goodness! Is Pizza a dangerous weapon? Should restaurant put a warning on their pizza delivery boxes?

This is nonsense! What about DiGiorno? Should they be held liable if someone bakes one of its pies and uses it as an assault weapon?
Shannan O'Neill-Figueroa's comment, August 2, 2013 10:51 PM
It looks like the Carolinas are trying to find another use for pizza. Anything can be used as an assault weapon if tried hard enough I suppose, but pizza? In all seriousness, this shows the concerning side of domestic abuse, where even simple joys such as food are also a means of harm to the victim.

Is BMI Discrimination the next Civil Rights Movement?

Jen Bound's comment, July 26, 2013 5:35 PM
The EEOC covers morbid obesity or those workers with a BMI over 40. That definitely sets precedence but they currently don't have ADA protection. It will be a hot issue because people are increasingly becoming more aware about obesity and seeing it as a choice instead of a disability. Our nation is over-weight and there is a current backlash against unhealthy habits. I wonder if this movement would have enough steam considering all the negative press?
