Like most 15-year-olds, Connor Sendel knows his way around digital devices.

“I have always been keen at engineering and solving practical problems, so I figured I might as well try to help,” he posted on his “iPads for Autism” Facebook page.

The Cherry Creek High School sophomore launched his one-man movement to collect as many of the devices as possible after learning that handheld iPads could be an important educational and communication tool for children with autism.

One of my favourite apps at the moment is Educreations! Educreations allows you to record everything that you do on the screen. So what can you do on the screen? Basically everything! Write text, draw pictures, add pictures and record voice. It is a step up from the apps Explain Everything and Show Me as it gives you an embed code to put on your blog instantly!
