Everyone is terrified of getting old, from that first grey hair we deny even existed to shedding a tear at your first wrinkle. It may flabbergast you, but Kyoto Hamada has donned a grey wig, latex makeup and floral patterns to become an old lady in a project called I used to be you. She goes by the name of Kikuchiyo-san, and accompanied by a series of photographs, she goes about her life sewing buttons, going to museums and doing her laundry.

The Digital Images Collections Wiki is a resource of Free- and Fair-Use digital image collections that are available for anyone to use for personal or educational purposes. The main goals of the project are to provide an image gathering tool for the art history students and faculty of Wellesley College and to supplement the growing visual resources collection of that institution. The wiki was created by Hollin Elizabeth Pagos (MLS graduate, Simmons College) during a summer 2007 internship in the Visual Resources department of Wellesley College. The project was created in wiki format with the hope that users will continue to add their own bookmarked fair-use galleries and the resource will continue to grow beyond the input of its creator.
