I am really big on the "a picture is worth a thousand words". I did a similar project in English 12 ( graduating year)..PRE INTERNET! I gave kids a black and white picture and they had to write a story for it...or It was the picture they would submit to Kodak for a picture contest... always a great creative project to do... Easier now with internet and imovie... possibilities or limitless!
I chose to put this into my Leadership page as our leadership styles are definately being determined, styled, educated and more by the types of apps we use and apply in our constant desire to improve as teachers and educators...no matter your age. I feel we are all teachers within our society just at different times and places. We can learn from everyone!

Even though this has a religious side to it, I like the few questions and the approach to the renewal of leadership positions. Looking at students that run every year for council... maybe instead of just an election process there should be some form of journal reflection process also...what are they getting out of the leadership program?
Maybe some of you do this already,I liked the approach..always looking for ways to improve without reinventing the wheel!
