INGREDIENTS

450g lean ground turkey
450g lean ground chicken
100g fresh pineapple, very finely chopped
2 large eggs
¼ cup coconut flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1-2 dried bird's eye chili pepper, crushed
¼ cup canned coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Himalayan or unrefined sea salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Ingredients:

4 cups (320g) old-fashioned oats
¼ cup (25g) ground flaxseed
¾ cup (70g) pecans, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup (30g) pepitas
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp. ground ginger, ½ tsp. ground cloves, ¼ tsp. allspice, and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg)
½ tsp. salt
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
½ cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg white
1 cup dried cranberries
