Creating, launching a business takes energy and if you don't take care of yourself you won't have the energy necessary to sustain growth and to stay in business. If you are the business and you fall apart there is nothing left.

It is all about balance. even though designing and creating the actual software solution is still the magic.( no pen no paper, just an idea and allof sudden it starts to develop and evolves.. ). Yet health is key for a sharp mind. no sleep leads to some fun nights but the aftermath is killing. so.sports,  normal food., good nights rest every now and then and how obvious it may seem, read a challenging book;  leave the laptop  on the desk. (meaning no coding in pyama's ) and allow the  off day that sits there from time to time. Humans want to manage everything.. we should stop doing so.. John Lennon said it and i stick to that...

(so far the softer side of me, now back to the matrix!)
