The natural remedies in this article have proved to help me with my anxiety and stress. Now that I am in my last semester of my senior year, I am excited but also very anxious for my future. I am regularly asked how I am going to pay for college, and when I have to fill out housing applications. I stress over finishing my high school year strong while trying to start my college plans. While working on my senior project, I have greatly reduced the amount of stress in my life. For example, by exercising daily, preforming deep breathing exercises every night, and changing my diet, I do not feel as tense or as concerned as I used to. This article taught me that if there is a lot of stress in your life it could eventually lead to more health problems in the future such as diabetes and heart problems. I want to apply these natural remedies to my parents who also suffer from the daily stress of life. Perhaps by using aroma therapy and using other relaxation techniques, they will have less stress like me.
