As lights have begun flickering on in Lower Manhattan, residents of the Rockaways in Queens continued struggling without power, heat or food for a sixth day as their neighborhood slowly descended into chaos.
When Sarah Fretwell dove into the heart of the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2010, her only plan was to cover a story, not to change the world. “I didn’t understand when people said they had a calling,” Fretwell says, looking back on how her journey to the DRC to document survivors of sexual violence turned into the Truth Told Project, an ongoing multimedia series. “This topic somehow stayed with me.”

We live in a world where virtue is being obliterated.This is why every 9 seconds a woman is violently struck. This is why women are caged as sex slaves. This is why children are abused. This is why we have wars. VIRTUE has been forgotten and the world is in much suffering as a result. If everyone decided today to Open Their Arms to Peace by the practice of virtue then the world would change overnight.
Come back to the Little Way of Peace. It is simple. There is no agenda. There is only one solution...Love One Another by the practice of virtue.
