This is not a storytelling read per se. However, it is making an important point on the single most important factor in doing business (both for and not-for profit): the customer. 

 

To service the customer (and add to the customer added value) you should have a great company, that's a great place to work for employees. And you need to have products that fit (or best-fit) customers needs, not you own. So... Story, for both the customer and the employee. That's the way I see it.
