I found this article quite interesting as it uses a fair amount of unusual and an almost completely different perspective to the other articles I found that were mainly focused on “contraception”.

This story is on a lady known as “Mary” who likes to have sex, but hates the oral pill and condoms, so instead she uses a method using iPhones applications for example ‘period tracker’ which to her is known as some sort of voodoo.

This article changed my perspective on lounging around doing nothing for hours at home on weekends, as it says in this article researches believe that young lazy people who aren’t as active as some other have stiffer arteries which can increase your risk and possibly lead to heart disease.

It also points out that exercise afterwards does not change a thing and sitting still for too long watching television increases your blood pressure and the chance of suffering from diabetes.

The main facts outlined on this article were the rick and spread of lifestyles in Asia.

Their biggest and most harmful one affecting the public was “pre diabetes” meaning they are on the borderline of developing the illness which was a quite common disease having effected as many as 50% of Chinese adults.
