Starting up is hard to do , and harder when few understand what it takes. Cofounders do not rollout of bed at 11 am and call it quits as teh sun goes down. it's not about what You Like but what needs to be done. no one puts teh staples and stationary on your desk or teh coffe in teh coffee maker... unless one of teh cofounders does. it's uncomfortable, Gritty work and I love it!
