Martin (Marty) Smith's insight:

Great post here by Daniel Tenner (@Swombat). I LOVE #1 - Meta Work, spend time thinking about the big picture. So much of any business is ditch digging. While digging ditches may be necessary digging must also be tactical and strategic since time and resources always feel limited.

After starting 4 companies and now working for a very successful startup (Atlantic BT), I think of time and resources differently. There is always enough time and money to get the things worth doing done, but it takes courage to focus in on THE THING that needs doing.

This intelligent, creative and right on article is about identifying what is worth doing and doing it, how to create the focus needed to be a successful startup.

Cool blog by a CTO of several successful startups.

Some people like to use tools like Google Reader to read updates from blogs and other news sources. And others prefer accessing everything directly from their Inbox. I am part of the second group.
