3. Anchoring bias (ask high to come down on price).
5. Make a list of concessions or extras you could offer that in reality make no difference to you.
6. "Door in the face" and "foot in the door." (Door in the face - ask too much, then ask sensibly; foot in door: ask little, then ask more).
