The Cowboys were upset on sunday with a mind-blowing lost. The continuous losing over the years really hurt the morale of the team and also is ultimately changing the culture of the franchise. Jerry Jones created a culture in which America's team is viewed as heroes and for winning; but in recent years the whole culture has changed only making the playoffs 1 time out of the last 17 years.

Schiano the Coach of the Tampa Bay Bucs is off to a bad start this season on the field and in the locker room. He stated that it's either his way or your not going to play in the game. I think he's created a type of monarchy type culture; no matter what you say or do you have to follow the instructions and guidelines that he has presented to the team.

And it's hard to see a situation in which the Braves can transcend the merely good given the organization's overall culture.

Basically, Fredi Gonzalez was blamed for last nights lost because of a substitution that he didn't make. The smart move was to place Craig Kimbrel into the pitching lineup so he could close the game, as the proclaimed best closer on their team this was thought to be a smart move. But, Fredi Gonzalez didn't make that substitutions because he is a by the book, conservative type of manager. He has created his on type of culture and that's how it goes with Fredi Gonzalez in charge.
