In this article, I learned that in order to be a successful personal trainer, you need give yourself and you client confidence, but just the right amount. You need to remember that you need to maintain certain boundaries with your client so that they can feel comfortable with you and want to continue to work with you. This will help build a healthy friendship and environment that makes it easier on everyone.
