It is hard to believe there are still stadiums that need to make upgrades to get into compliance with the ADA.  While Memphis does not have a premiere football program, it does host a bowl game each year and that can draw a big crowd depending on who is playing.  That being said, it is important that fans who are disabled are able to enjoy the game experience and will want to return in the future.
