This article has some good points about powering through. It doesn't mean specific powering through it is for many situations. Basically being loyal and playing or doing things with integrity even when the plan is not going the right way. Never giving up and having the ability to make the right decisions and come out on top. Many people rely on help from team mates and coaches to teach them how to get through situations and they can base that off of their ethical and moral beliefs to find a solution.
