This video is rediculous.  I only added it to show that ethics in sports goes beyond the players and managers.  It seems that no matter what you try to do to make ethical decisions, someone is always there to turn simple celebrations into an a moral atrocity.  These athletes were only celebrating.  Many people do not see beyond their own societies ethical standards to understand that everyone celebrates in a different way.  What is common place in one society may be taboo in another.  This just goes to show the difference in moral and ethical behavior from one population to the next.

Title IX has done a lot to aide in helping prevent discrimmination in sports.  For me, any kind of discrimmination is unethical.  Allowing participation in sports regardless of your background is paramount.
