I love the last line - "At the bottom is Cheater-Land.  Don't go there."  Excellent application when talking about firearms.  It can be easy to cheat without getting caught, but at what personal cost?

Contemplating the enforcement perspective as well.  If you are trying to regulate this, when do you notify Law Enforcement?  At what point to these issues stop being "administrative" and become criminal?
