S= Teenagers need nutrition becuase their bodies are still in the growing stage.

S=Always eat breakfast

B= Eating breakfast helps your brain start functioning and think more clearly.

S= A sandwich is perfect for a teen who has to eat in either the bus or the car.

S=Eat whole grain bread with your sandwich at lunch.

S=many kids do not eat vegtables so try putting some raw ones in their lunch.

S=avoid drinking energy drinks or anything with caffine that will make your heart race.

P=Energy drinks will make it harder to sleep and harder for your brain to function.

S=Athletes always stay hydrated.

S=Always have a snack planned so you dont eat something unhealthy from a vending machine or something like that.

S=Have more sitdown dinners and homemade meals.
