A- kid that havnt hit puberty have to go to bed around 8 or 9 

A- Most teen need 9 hour or more to sleep 

 

c- teen that have a job, early moring class or homework or outside activieds  and social demand dont get all of sleep 

c-teen can be mood or drowsy or drowsy driver lead to acciedent

c-teen having caffenine 

c- no  schedule 

c- taking more then a 30 min nap in day 

c- teen having music or tv or vide game and text or computer they turn them off  

c- sleep pill or any other meds 

c- can be depression 

c- sllep apnea

c-restless legs syndrome 

c-narcolepsy 


s- adjust the light 

s- stick to a schedule

s- nix long nap 

s-curb the caffeine 

s-keep it calm 

s-know when to unplug

s-have the teen take there own responsiblitiy waking up with out your help 

s-Educate them by keep log when go to sleep or when they wake up 

s- weekend teen stay up and give up later then nomarl school week 

s- Enlight them by tell them to turn off the light computer and tv at night 

s-The moring light will help teen get out bed 

s-get a light therapy box 

s- tell your teen what ever you dont get a ride or a excuse for waking up late
