Medewerkers van de nieuwe organisatie ‘De Gezonde Stad’ trakteerden gisteren Amsterdammers op groente, fruit en kruiden van een eetbare abri op het metroperron van station Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena. Het is maar één van de vele voorbeelden van de opkomst van stadslandbouw die door de crisis versneld wordt. Op braakliggende grond en in leegstaande gebouwen, in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht of Eindhoven, zien ondernemers kansen voor het verbouwen van eetbaar groen in de stad.
