Letting any company proxy your email is a bad idea... letting a company that just earlier this year was hacked is an even bigger idea. LinkedIn's new "Intro" app is a violation of most enterprise mail rules because it presents wildly dangerous risks. That means even if you're a "home user" you really should avoid this thing for now.
