La diminuzione del reach organico medio ha comportato che i brand senza un approccio creativo, senza una strategia editoriale efficace e con una community non omogenea o “in target” hanno visto un decremento considerevole nella visibilità dei post.

I brand che hanno un approccio strategico e creativo coerente hanno invece distanziato in modo forte in termini di visibilità le altre marche.

I brand che pongono il “social thinking” al centro del proprio modo di essere e di conversare riescono più facilmente a sviluppare un alto livello di visibilità, rispetto agli altri.
