I highlighted at a recent talk at the Grass Roots company meeting that recent research that showed many employers still ban social media (see the next article) in comparison to this cisco research that shows over 50% of young proffessionals don't want to work in companies without it. I think an interesting dynamic will emerge between employers and employees if this disconnect is not addressed.

Adam Ostrow asks a big question: What happens to that personality after you've died? I think it demonstrates well, the fundamental and long lasting shifts in our society occurring as a result of social media.
