Arbeitslose werden auf einer Tombola verlost. Betriebe können so ein Los ziehen und haben dafür jemanden, der für eine gewisse Zeit unbezahlt arbeitet. Das erinnert irgendwie von ferne an die Sklavenmärkte der Antike. http://www.pressenet.info/pr-2013/aktuell/tombola-aktion.html
