A Simple Way to Create RSS Feeds for Twitter

From www.labnol.org

Our step-by-step guide explains how you can create Twitter RSS feeds for the new Twitter API with the help of Twitter widgets and a Google Script. Video tutorial included.
Cendrine Marrouat - cendrinemarrouat.com:

There is no denying that Twitter is fantastic. The problem, though, is that there is no way to follow people outside the social media site.

I use TweetDeck to monitor accounts, brands, and specific keywords. Unfortunately, I have about 15 columns opened at the same time. So, I usually miss a lot of great stuff.

Last night, I decided to try and find a tool that would help me turn streams into RSS feeds. My goal was to add those feeds to my

Feedly and save a lot of time as a result.

It did not take long until I came across a fantastic tutorial created by Amit Agarwal. In this tutorial, he uses two tools: Twitter widgets and Google Script.

Note: I am completely new to Script. However, it took me less than two minutes to implement the tips.

Google Plus New +1 Recommendations: What They Are & How to Use Them

From maximizesocialbusiness.com

Google Plus New +1 Recommendations: Now "plussing" a post on Google+ can result in it becoming a "recommended" post that maybe shown to people who follow you.
Cendrine Marrouat - cendrinemarrouat.com:

Google+ recently added an interactive layer to its +1 button. Users now occasionally see in their news feed posts that have been “recommended” by friends. And the former’s +1 activity updates may also be shown to people who have circled them.

There are quite a few articles explaining how the new +1 works. However, Mark Traphagen’s is the easiest to read.
