That makes sense to me. Many in that list have probably been used for sexual or pornographic content.

While these numbers might be true on the surface, I think that some early adopters in the B2B space could effectively use both of these tools for recruiting and business leads since the competition is pretty sparse.

I like this article. The advice is very basic, but that's all you need to get started in the right way. 

What I would add is this: Make sure you understand how each of the social media platforms you use work. On Twitter, for example, you shouldn't add more than two hashtags to your Tweets, while on Instagram, you can go up to 7. Just make sure that they are relevant. 

You don't want to draw attention to your brand or name for the wrong reasons.

Instagram is a popular form of social media that is reaching consumers by using a picture. The concept seems simple, but the ability for marketers to capture their audience with one simple picture is a skill that needs to be mastered. The most active way to engage a business’s potential consumers on instagram is to run a photo competition. This empowers the consumer and gives them an ability to interact with a business, which helps establish and create loyalty for that business. This article discusses how to run a successful instagram photo contest and there are key concepts that marketers should be aware of to enhance their business via instagram. The key concepts include the ability to create a contest from the bottom up to help nurture certain results. The article discusses how if a business wants to increase their followers, they should create a simple contest with a simple hashtag and influence the users to use the hashtag for a chance to win a top prize, as well as an opportunity to win other small prizes. This will enhance a businesses follower base by simply giving the consumer the power and opportunity to win.
