I would read these off from low to high since I think Number #1 is the best element for any campaign strategy.
1. Loyal customers are your best channel to new business. 2. Social participation fuels your marketing. 3. Consumer opinions matter more than ever. 4. Success requires testing. Delete the scoop?

A lot of 'strategies' are just wishlists says Jack Springman - which does not bode well for many social implementations.
Learning from the past
History has shown that technology implementations deliver greatest value when they serve business strategy. As tempting as it may be to create a social media strategy, it will be valueless unless firmly grounded in a higher level strategy that enables prioritisation.
If such foundations do not exist, the chances of social media implementations not meeting desired objectives are much increased. Delete the scoop?

Note Edge Ranker is linked in here... What I think is at play is that users inherently trust YouTube videos more so than Facebook videos. In these situations user experience trumps EdgeRank. This is very important as it illustrates to Facebook Page owners that just doing things the right way can reap just as much success as optimizing for EdgeRank.”
