The author has brought up some excellent key things that brands (and practically everyone) needs to think about in their social media efforts.  I especially agree with the following:

(From the article): Posting the same types of content again and again can convey the impression that your brand is boring, uncreative or just not in tune with your audience. Instead of posting link after link or quote after quote, change things up by posting a wide variety of content. When you get hung up on posting the same types of content again and again, your followers will become less engaged and are more apt to think you simply don’t care about posting engaging content.

Can Women Lead The Social Enterprise Revolution?

Can Women Lead The Social Enterprise Revolution? | Social Media Marketing Strategies | Scoop.it
Women have long occupied roles in support of social causes. But do they have the business prowess to lead lasting change in the social enterprise field?

Via jean lievens
Level343's insight:

This doesn’t mean we should abandon social media, but we have to be smart about where we spend our time and money.
