Negative Comments Happen, But a Damaged Reputation Doesn’t Have To Although I certainly hope you never have to address online negative comments posted about your company, just be aware that it may happen. Remember that they don’t have to cause untold damage to your company or brand, and use the opportunity as a chance to show the world you are a professional with great respect for your customers. I personally like LinkedTube’s method best, but Popcorn definitely has some interesting features as well. Which do you like best? Both of these methods are free, by the way, and I’d bet there are others I don’t know about, so please share if you know of alternate methods.
