In het kort komt het hier op neer: A) gebruik naast Twitter ook Facebook als klantenservice kanaal, B) Tweet wat vaker FAQ's en how-to's (heel beknopt blijkbaar) en tenslotte C) vraag mensen vaker om hun e-mailadres op social media. Slimme tips die goed kunnen werken naar mijn idee.
