I thought this study was so devastatingly important I posted Atlanticbt.com's first guest blog post: http://www.atlanticbt.com/blog/social-service-how-social-media-is-changing-customer-service/ .

The study is fascinating and devastating because it speaks to how poorly aligned even major brands are to social media marketing. Customers are having conversations to no response. 


"No response" is doubly devastating because it says, "We aren't listening and we don't care." Relationships aren't accidents they are decisions. Make the right decision and make sure your company, brand or product listens more than you talk on social media.

As much as I love Twitter, I have to admit I haven’t seen that familiar blue Twitter home page in quite a while. Why? because although Twitter is amazing, I can only fully leverage it by using a range of Twitter tools.

 

I’ve written several blog posts on Socialable about some of my favorite and most used Twitter tools but I thought it would be a good idea to create a series of 101 of the top social media and blogging tools.  So here is the first in the series – and it made sense to start with Twitter seeing as it’s my social media “weapon of choice” and generates over 50% of the traffic to Socialable.

Por mucho que me encanta Twitter, tengo que admitir que no he visto ese familiar azul en la página principal de Twitter en un buen rato. ¿Por qué? ya que si bien Twitter es increíble, sólo lo puedo aprovechar plenamente mediante el uso de una gama de herramientas de Twitter.

He escrito varias entradas de blog en Socialable sobre algunas de mis herramientas favoritas de Twitter y más he utilizado, pero pensé que sería una buena idea crear una serie de 101 de los principales medios de comunicación sociales y las herramientas de blogging. Así que aquí está el primero de la serie - y tenía sentido empezar con Twitter ya que es mi medios de comunicación social como "arma de elección" y genera más del 50% del tráfico de Socialable.
