Social Media Marketing sounds like you are marketing the media NOT the business. * Incorporating what you hear into everything. * Alignment between marketing speak and customers. * Learning from customers. * Teaching customers via knowledge transfer. * Content, Content and Content. * Being open, honest and authentic.
