Estas páginas de fans forman parte de la imagen de la empresa y por ello es importante que se cuide su aspecto y contenidos. Además es fundamental mantener la página segura para evitar ataques de hackers. Mostramos cinco sencillos pasos para tener una página de fans de Facebook segura:

1. Establecer una contraseña segura: la contraseña debería contener mayúsculas, minúsculas, números y otros signos. No debe ser obvia (como el nombre de la empresa o del director) y la deben conocer el administrador de la cuenta y otra persona.

2. Aplicaciones seguras: antes de incluir aplicaciones en su página, la empresa debería comprobar que son completamente seguras, comprobar qué uso hace de los datos obtenidos de los visitantes, etc.

3. Filtrar conceptos: desde la propia configuración de Facebook el administrador puede habilitar la función de filtrado y análisis de publicaciones automático. Con esta herramienta se consigue cazar casi todas las publicaciones Spam, lo cual ayuda a mantener la página segura y libre de “basura digital”.

4. Moderación consecuente: el administrador de la cuenta de Facebook debe estar a alerta de publicaciones engañosas y de Spam, para clasificarlas según su criterio.

5. Reduzca el número de administradores al mínimo: mejor la calidad que la cantidad. Escoger pocos administrador que estén bien formados es esencial para mantener limpia y segura la página de fans.
