I selected this post by Dashburst because I thought the suggestions were very helpful. We read tips and strategy about how to make your content stand out everyday but the most important things is to focus on the nees of your audience.


Here's what caught my attention:


1, Value Exchange


Listen, engage and find out the interests and what sparks the passions of your audience then provide value in these areas on a consistent basis.


2. Disruptive Ideas


People will take notice, engage with you, if you post something that challenges their understanding of the way the world works. It's a good way to stir up the dust, invite others to share their opinions. This is a great way to elevate the conversation and act as a catalyst for new ideas, ways of doing things and whatever comes next.


3. Great Story


A story becomes worth sharing if it inspires emotions, creates points of entry where people can find places where they identify with you. This is a great way to start conversations, all relationships begin there. As Simon Sinek says "“People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it".

I LOVE this Community Managers Feed from @AllyGreer and @Scoopit. Yes I happen to be the top two Scoops at the moment, but that is not why I love it (lol). I love it because it aggregates ideas, tools and best practices "Community Managers" need.


BTW, we are ALL Community Managers now (why I put quotes above). If our marketing doesn't create an increasing amount of support we won't be Internet marketers much longer :).

Let's look at the positive side of the equation and realize it has NEVER been a better time to be an Internet marketer. Sure everything is up in the air again, but what else is new? Times like these, times when change goes faster than normal, separate Internet marketers from everyone else.

Internet marketers must MOVE very fast. One way to make fast moves and keep your job is to find and follow great resources like Ally, Scoop.it and their Community Managers feed.

La actividad diaria de flujo de información dentro de Twitter está concentrada en un número muy pequeño de internautas. La cuarta parte de los tuits procede del 1 por ciento de los usuarios. Si se amplía un poco el panorama, el 5 por ciento de los usuarios es responsable del 48 por ciento de todos los tuits, y el 15 por ciento de los usuarios suma el 85 por ciento de los tuits. Además, pocos publican entradas nuevas cada día; únicamente el 30 por ciento de los usuarios envían uno o más tuits a diario, mientras la mitad está activo cada tres días o menos y dos terceras partes cada diez días o menos.
